The Spanish have breathed new life into derelict parts of their railway system by converting them into 'Green Ways'. These act as walk and cycle routes cutting straight through the landscape. They are ideal for the purpose as they are easy walking and run between towns and villages. Take a bike and cover more ground, really feasting on the real Spain.

For anyone who comes to Murcia, the visit is greatly enhanced when they realise how much there is out there to see and do. Any thoughts that the Region is confined to the coastal strip and the golf courses is badly wrong. This is the first of series of what else to do in Murcia. Walks in Murcia abound - and they are bound to do you some good, as well as get you out and about.

If you have ever lost your passport it can be a nightmare. There is a set procedure to follow and it impotant you act promptly. Passport can be misused if they fall into the wrong hands. You must report it to the police and the Consular authorities. This initial guide is for UK passport holders but the essence of the advice will hold true for all passports.

Polaris World puts on regular buses connecting some of the resorts. Why not use these to get to see what is going on with your neighbours? After part of the point of coming to La Torre was that you became part of the Polaris concept - part of one big family. The inter-resort buses allow you to visit your 'relatives'.
