Applications for membership of La Torre Owners and Residents’ Association are accepted under the following terms and conditions.

1. Applicants must either be owners or residents of residential property at La Torre Golf Resort, Roldan Murcia or members of their immediate family with a direct interest in the said property.
2. Membership of the Association is as an individual. Each individual thereby has full voting and membership rights independant of any other person. Joint membership of the Association does not exist.
3.  Application information given is true and correct to the best belief of the applicant. Should membership of the Association be sought for purposes other than the general enjoyment and benefit of the Community at La Torre, then membership will be refused or terminated which ever case applies at the time.
4. Annual membership subscriptions must have been paid or valid bank transfer documents have been received and accepted by our bank. In the case of renewal of membership fees, a reminder will be automatically sent to members by email. If the membership fee is still not paid within 6 weeks of expiry then membership of the Association and the website shall be terminated unless extenuating circumstances are communicated to the Chairman or acting deputy.
5. Membership may be terminated should a member behave in a way that is unbecoming that of a member of the Association. This includes abusive and or threatening behaviour to other members. Posting unseemly or offensive material on the website or to other members causing them offence. The suspect conduct will be reported by the website administration to the Association Chairman or acting deputy for adjudication. A warning may be felt appropriate. The Chairman’s decision in these matters is final. If the Chairman’s decision is to terminate an individual’s membership of the Association, then that individual’s membership of the website will be similarly terminated. Subscription fees in these cases are non-refundable.
